The closing loop

Every stage of the deal,
in one link.

Most tools stop at “proposal created.” PropCraft covers every stage between that and money in your account.

01Sent

Branded link. Never a PDF in spam.

One click generates a public URL with your workspace brand: logo, colors, contact info. Works on any device, no client login required. Send it via email, WhatsApp, or drop it in Slack. Opens instantly.

  • Custom subdomain-ready for enterprise plans
  • Open-graph preview for link previews
  • No PDF attachment to get flagged as spam

Honest comparison

Why not PandaDoc, Qwilr, or DocuSign?

Because they each solve one piece. PandaDoc is enterprise bloat. Proposify crashes at scale. Qwilr starts at $17K a year. DocuSign has no proposal or tracking. PropCraft is the whole closing loop at SMB price.

Trusted by agencies who measure
deals in days, not months.

We stopped sending PDFs the same week. Knowing exactly when a client lingered on the pricing page changed every follow-up call.

The Stripe-on-the-same-page thing sounds small. It is not. Our deposit-to-payment time went from 11 days to under an hour.

I sent 14 proposals through Qwilr last year and paid $17K for the privilege. PropCraft does the same job for a fraction, and the templates are actually good.

A note from the founder

A

Agshin R.

Founder, PropCraft · Baku

A year ago I was running an agency from a laptop, sending proposals as PDFs through Gmail. Half of them got flagged as spam. I'd follow up three times not knowing if the client ever opened the thing. When they finally said yes, another week vanished chasing signatures, deposits, and wire instructions.

PropCraft is the tool I wished existed then. One branded link. Open, sign, and pay without leaving the page. I know the exact second my client scrolls to pricing. My average time-to-paid dropped from eleven days to less than an hour.

We shipped forty real proposals through PropCraft before we opened the first invite. We're onboarding agencies one at a time so your first proposal actually converts. If that sounds like your world, write to us.

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions

Is the typed-name signature legally binding?
Yes. PropCraft signatures comply with the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS regulation for standard electronic signatures. Each signature is timestamped, IP-logged, and attached to a server-generated PDF that both parties receive. For signed-in-blood contracts you still want DocuSign. For every other agency deal, typed-name is exactly what the law allows.
How does payment work? Who holds the money?
PropCraft never touches your money. We use Stripe Connect, so funds from your clients go directly into your Stripe account (and then to your bank) on Stripe's normal 2-day payout schedule. You pay Stripe's published fee (2.9% + 30¢ on US cards). PropCraft adds nothing.
What happens to my proposals and data if I cancel?
You own your data. At any point you can export every proposal as PDF and every client and signature record as CSV. If you cancel, your workspace stays read-only for 90 days so you can finish in-flight deals, then it's deleted.
Do you integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce?
Not yet. CRM integrations are on the Phase 2 roadmap (see STRATEGY.md). In the meantime, every proposal event (sent, opened, signed, paid) is available via webhook so you can pipe it into any CRM or tool you use today.
Can I use my own domain for proposal links?
Custom domains are a Phase 2 feature for enterprise workspaces. For now, proposals live on a branded PropCraft subdomain with your workspace logo and colors on every page. Most of our early agencies tell us clients don't notice the domain. They notice the brand.
How much does PropCraft cost?
$49 per workspace, per month, flat. Up to 5 seats included. No per-send fees, no per-client fees, no enterprise quote. When you need more seats, we'll add a team plan and tell you, not surprise you with an upsell.
