About PropCraft

One person. One product. Closing deals for agencies.

PropCraft is built by Agshin Rajabov, a solo founder based in Tallinn, Estonia. There is no team, no marketing department, no VC pressure. Every line of code, every design decision, every customer email comes from one person.

Why PropCraft exists

Independent agencies and freelancers send proposals every week. The proposal is the document that decides whether the deal closes. And yet the typical workflow is a Word doc plus DocuSign plus a Stripe link sent in a separate email plus a spreadsheet for tracking who’s read what.

Four tools. None of them aware of each other. Each one charging a per-seat fee. Each one optimised for a different stage of the deal.

PropCraft replaces those four tools with one branded link. The proposal is the document, the e-signature surface, the payment surface, and the tracking surface. The agency sees the closing loop as a single state machine: sent, seen, signed, paid.

The principles

Closing the deal beats writing the document. Every feature is judged by one question: does it help the agency get paid faster? If the answer is no, the feature doesn’t ship.

Flat pricing, not seats. PropCraft is 19 USD per workspace per month, full stop. A one-person studio pays the same as a five-person team. The seat tax punishes the agencies that need the tool most.

No platform fee on client payments. When a client pays the agency through a PropCraft proposal, funds route directly from the client to the agency’s Stripe account. PropCraft never holds the money and does not take a cut.

Free tier that actually closes a deal. The free plan covers three proposals with all features, including the signature and the Stripe payment block. Most free tiers in this category are e-sign only. The PropCraft free tier is meant to win a deal before you decide whether to subscribe.

Confident, crafted, human. The product is built in the design language of Linear and Vercel: one type family (Geist Sans), one accent color (indigo), cool zinc backgrounds, no gradient blobs. Restraint is the whole point.

Where PropCraft is headed

The product roadmap is public at propcraft.io/roadmap. It moves in the order of biggest impact on closing deals: tracking, signature, payments, notifications, then templates, then editor polish, then dashboard depth. Each release is a single PR shipped by one person; the cadence is steady, not big-bang.

The longer arc is to become the operating layer for proposal-driven sales at independent agencies. Cross-promotion with other small-business tooling, deeper Stripe integration, and a real public API for the agencies that want to embed PropCraft into their own dashboards.
