Is PropCraft free to use?
Yes. The free plan covers up to three proposals and includes the full editor, electronic signature, Stripe payment block, and all eight system templates. No credit card is required to start.What is included in the Pro plan?
Pro is 19 USD per workspace per month and adds unlimited proposals, the brand kit (logo plus colors that flow into every proposal), AI draft from a brief, bulk send and bulk duplicate, and the ability to remove the PropCraft footer. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed.How is the payment processed?
Stripe handles the subscription. You pay PropCraft directly through Stripe Checkout. PropCraft never sees your card data. You can cancel any time from the Billing tab in Settings, which routes to the Stripe Customer Portal.Do I lose data if I cancel?
No. If you cancel, the workspace returns to the free plan limits at the end of the period. Your proposals stay where they are. The only loss is access to Pro-only features (brand kit, AI draft, bulk actions) until you resubscribe.Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you upgrade and decide PropCraft is not the right fit within seven days, email hello@propcraft.io and we refund the first month in full. After seven days, you can cancel future renewals at any time, but the current month is not refunded.What happens to client payments through PropCraft?
Client payments go through Stripe Connect. Funds route directly from the client to the agency’s connected Stripe account. PropCraft never holds the money and does not take a platform fee on client payments today.Can I switch between Free and Pro?
Yes. Upgrade from inside Settings → Billing. Downgrade by cancelling in the Stripe Customer Portal; the workspace returns to free limits when the current period ends.Will the price change later?
The founding member price (currently 19 USD per month, discounted from the standard 29 USD) is locked in forever as long as you keep your subscription active. The standard rate applies to new sign-ups once we reach 100 paying agencies.
