For marketing agencies

Win retainer and project work with proposals that read themselves.

PropCraft is the proposal tool marketing agencies use to pitch retainers and project work. Send a branded link that the prospect reads on any device, see which section they spent time on, collect a typed-name signature, and bill the deposit through Stripe Connect. Flat pricing at 19 USD per workspace per month, no per-seat math.

Why it’s broken today

The proposal stage is the bottleneck.

Retainer proposals are hard to keep tight

PropCraft’s block-based structure forces a clear shape: deliverables, pricing, timeline, FAQ. Templates encode what good looks like.

Cross-channel scope creep starts in the proposal

A pricing table that breaks scope into channels and a checklist of deliverables makes change requests easier to negotiate later.

You can’t tell which prospect is real

When a prospect reads the pricing section three times in 48 hours, you call them. When the section is skipped entirely, you let it go. PropCraft makes both signals visible.

What changes with PropCraft

One link covers the whole closing loop.

Send the proposal as a link, not an attachment

No PDF in the spam folder. The prospect opens it on their phone, scrolls through, and forwards it to their CMO in one tap.

Watch the deal mature in real time

Section-level dwell time tells you whether they care about deliverables, pricing, or the team. Tune your follow-up to whichever section they re-read.

Convert "interested" into "signed and paid"

The signature block and the deposit block live on the same scroll. The path from prospect to deposit is one screen.

Frequently asked

PropCraft for marketing agencys, in detail

  • Can I use PropCraft for both project and retainer pricing?
Yes. The pricing table block supports one-time fees and recurring lines. You can mix a 5,000 USD onboarding fee with a 3,500 USD monthly retainer in the same proposal. The deposit-or-full-amount setting on the payment block handles the upfront portion.
  • Does PropCraft integrate with HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Not yet. CRM integrations are on the roadmap. Today, the integration story is Stripe-first. Most marketing agencies copy a proposal link into their CRM manually; it’s a 5-second job.
  • Can I A/B test two proposal versions?
Not as a built-in feature today. The closest workflow is to duplicate the proposal in PropCraft, change the pricing or scope, and send each version to a sub-segment of prospects. Section tracking tells you which version got read further.
  • Is PropCraft good for proposal templates a junior strategist can edit?
Yes. The editor is block-based, not free-form. A junior strategist edits the prose inside each block, can’t accidentally break the layout, and the brand kit keeps the visual identity consistent.
